All items purchased "Online" from Exticie ARE SUBJECTED TO FREIGHT COSTS. These costs are determined by weight, and are displayed and calculated in the shopping cart.
All freight costs are inclusive of $1.20 Extra Cover which is insurance. All delivery services are conducted by Australia Post except under special request, and additional freight charges are met by the customer.
Processing of the order will be made within 3 working days of payment being received. Combined postage is available for multiple purchases.
Refund policy
We do refund or exchange on FAULTY goods in accordance with the relevant legislation. Proof of purchase must be provided for any refund, exchange or credit.
For hygiene reasons, swimwear cannot be exchanged or returned.
We exchange or give a Credit Note for CHANGE OF MIND purchases subject to several conditions:
- Goods must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
- Goods must not be reduced in price for sale purposes.
- Goods cannot have been soiled or damaged by the customer.
Credit Notes
- Redeemable only with Exticie where the purchase was made.
- Valid for 6 months from the issue date.
- Not transferable.
- Credit must be treated as cash and if lost cannot be replaced.
